Megan Greenwell is a certified neurodevelopmentalist in Ohio who evaluates children and adults, then provides a personalized home program — everything you need to help the brain grow, in one place.
Neurodevelopment is built on two ideas: brain plasticity — the brain physically changes based on what we put into it — and developmental hierarchy, the principle that we need a solid foundation before we can build anything higher.
When a child or adult has gaps in that foundation, function suffers. The goal is to find those gaps and fill them, one step at a time.
Progress might be slow. But it is always real, and every small milestone is worth celebrating.
A 1–3 hour in-person assessment covering gross motor, fine motor, language, auditory, visual, and tactile systems. Families gain a clear picture of where the gaps are even before their program is written.
02
Program Written
Every evaluation is followed with a personalized written home program targeting the child's specific gaps. Activities are practical, low-equipment, and designed for real family life.
03
Teaching Session
Megan meets with families a second time and teaches parents and caretakers how to implement every activity at home — clearly, confidently, and without specialized equipment. Nothing is left to guess work.
04
Re-evaluate in 4 Months
Families return after four months to measure progress, update the program, and plan the next steps forward. Repeat this cycle for at least a year.
How the Brain Changes
Three things the brain needs to grow
01
Intensity is what makes the brain pay attention. Novelty, motivation, timing, and targeted stimulation all play a role in intensity. The right kind of input matters.
02
The brain changes in the same way you build a path in the woods. Walking the same path repeatedly eventually creates a trail. The brain needs frequent and repeated input in order to build new function.
03
Like a path in the woods, traveling the same ground over a long period of time is what establishes and maintains the trail. This is why we ask families to commit to at least a year before evaluating whether the approach is working. The brain's timeline is not always visible until you look back at how far you have come.
Plan on at least one year for meaningful results.
